January Round Up

I am going to start doing a monthly "round up" on the blog. Where I just document the everyday things we do, birthday's we celebrate, visits we enjoy, etc.  

We have been busy living life in the new year.

Nothing real exciting going on, which for us is the best news ever. We are enjoying and embracing life while it is quiet. No surgeries, no sickness - we are all healthy, happy and growing. We are taking some time to relax and organize. Getting a few projects done around the house.

Here are some of the happenings over the last month...

Hazel had a great visit with her cousins that live out of town.

We have been getting to know our new friend next door, Piper.

Grandma and Grandpa Ford had us over for a lovely dinner. We celebrated Christmas late and Hazel's birthday early - cause - WHY NOT??

Hazel very much enjoyed the self-playing piano. She bobbed and swayed along for a while.

Mommy got the flu. So I quarantined myself for the better part of 3 days in my bedroom. Trying my best to keep the germs in one place. It was awful to be away from my family for 3 days.

So thank goodness for Face Time...
